WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PARCEL?

We aim to despatch all our orders on the same day when ordered Monday-Thursday before 2PM. This is not always possible due to high volumes of orders, but if you have purchased Next-Day Delivery before 2PM Monday-Thursday, we will ensure your order is despatched. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your tracking confirmation will be sent to the phone number/email address that you provided us at the time of purchase. If you have not received tracking information and wish to track your parcel please contact us.

WHAT DO I DO IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Please allow 3 working days following the estimated delivery days before contacting us regarding your order. After 3 working days please contact us and we will track down your order for you.

WHAT DO I DO IF THERE ARE ITEMS MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

Please contact us as soon as you receive your parcel and we will investigate the matter further. If you have ordered multiple products, they may have been packaged separately leading to parcels being split up during transit – we will be able to confirm this for you.

DO YOU DO ANY FREE SAMPLES?

Unfortunately, we do not do any free samples of Muscle Mend. We have worked extremely hard to develop an incredibly unique product, so if you would like to hear from amateur and professional athletes/sportspeople, then check out our testimonial video on the product page, alongside our testimonials on our home page.

I AM NOT SURE HOW TO USE MUSCLE MEND, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
