Refunds & Returns
If you encounter an issue with Muscle Mend that you have ordered from muscle-mend.com – please contact us via our contact page. When you contact us please provide a full description of the issue, alongside your order reference number. Photographic evidence may be requested.
Items eligible for a refund or return must have been purchased directly from our website within the last 30 days, must be unused and must be in the original, unopened packaging.
It is the customers responsibility to ensure the item is safely returned to Muscle Mend. We recommend using a recorded courier or postal service. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to manufacturing error, which will require proof of postage. A Muscle Mend representative will confirm this before return and postage will be reimbursed.
Please allow up to 5 working days for parcels to reach us (outside of the UK may be longer), once received we will confirm with you before processing your refund or replacement. Please allow 5-7 working days for refunds to appear in your bank account.
Total price of products plus delivery is determined by chosen delivery method. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks by the card issuer, if payment authorisation is refused, Muscle Mend is not liable for delay in goods being sent or non-delivery.
Muscle Mend uses and collects product reviews. By purchasing a product you consent to receiving an email prompting the review of the product purchased.
Security and Privacy
- Discount codes are limited to one use per customer.
- Discount codes cannot be used with any other offer.
- Only one discount code can be used per order.
- Muscle Mend can refuse any code that is invalid.
- Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
- Muscle Mend reserves the right to cancel discount codes at any time.
